Double-hand Poker is a current game with old ancestry. Founded on the ancient Chinese tile game and the modern American version of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the eastern with the western in an awesome game for beginner level players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player against the house, unlike the majority of other poker games that players wager with other players. By competing against the dealer, starting players do not have to be concerned about any other, more advanced gamblers winning their mulla.

A further Pai Gow advantage is the relatively slow game pace, beginners should be able to take their time and plan while not having to make hasty selections.

It’s also simpler to play for a very long time with just a tiny bit of money seeing as, to not win, both of your hands must be under each of the dealer’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the customary 52-card common deck and one joker. The gambler is given seven cards face up and the dealer receives seven cards faces hidden.

A 5 card hand and one 2 card hand have to be made from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be higher than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be better than the casino’s.
