Online poker has become world acclaimed lately, with televised events and celebrity poker game shows. Its popularity, though, arcs back in reality a bit farther than its television scores. Over the years many variations on the first poker game have been developed, including some games that are not in fact poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of the above-mentioned games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely related to 21 than long-standing poker, in that the players bet against the house rather than each other. The winning hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is little concealment or other types of deceptiveness. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to ante up just before the dealer announcing "No more wagers." At that point, both you and the house and of course every one of the different players attain five cards. Once you have looked at your hand and the dealer’s first card, you need to either make a call wager or bow out. The call bet’s value is akin to your beginning bet, meaning that the risks will have doubled. Giving Up means that your wager goes instantaneously to the bank. After the wager is the conclusion. If the house doesn’t have ace/king or better, your wager is given back, with a figure equal to the ante. If the casino does have ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand is greater than the casino’s hand. The casino pays cash equal to your ante and controlled odds on your call wager. These odds are:

  • Equal for a pair or high card
  • two to one for 2 pairs
  • 3-1 for three of a kind
  • four to one for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • 7-1 for a full house
  • 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • one hundred to one for a royal flush
